Refunds and Returns within 30 Days
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, you can return the item within this time period. Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition for our team to inspect.
Faulty or Defective Items
If your item is faulty or defective, we’re here to help. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a return. In this case, Official Merch will cover the cost of return postage.
Change of Mind
If you have changed your mind and wish to return your item, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging for us to process the refund.
Returns Process
- Inform Us: Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving a faulty or defective item. For all other returns, please reach out within 30 days.
- Packaging: Ensure the item is returned in its complete, original packaging and condition.
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements.
Refund Processing
Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 working days (we ask to allow up to 10 days) of receiving your return. However, please allow additional time depending on your bank to see the refund in your account.
